Answer: You don\'t actually need to have a web site to market our products as an affiliate.
Some of the most successful affiliate marketing strategies, such as e-mail marketing and classified ads, do not depend on your having a web site at all.
However, we would like to encourage you to set up a web site as soon as possible. A web site provides you with a \'hub\'...a place where visitors can get more information about your products in a passive manor. Your customers will also discover how knowledgeable you are about these products, without having to contact you directly which will save you a lot of Time and Time is Money.
Websites are also WorldWide...If you market your web site successfully, you may get thousands of people coming to your site each month, which translates into more sales as an affiliate. So, the faster you set up a web site, the better your chances of getting more sales faster.
A website also allows an interested customer to keep coming back to view a description of the product whenever they choose.

| #4 Question: How will my visitors submit? |
| Answer: We take care of everything! You just need to direct the visitors to the Income Streams Maximus web site through your affiliate links, and we\'ll take care of the rest! After your visitor submits their info to us, we finish the screening process and if we proceed with buying the property, we handle all of the paperwork! |
| #5 Question: How will you keep track of the leads coming from my site/affiliate link? |
Answer: When you signed up as a Income Streams Maximus affiliate, you were assigned a unique identification number and url. Your unique identification number/url will allow us to track every visitor you send to our site through your unique links.
When your lead submits their info on the info form, your account will show a sale and you will see a commission for $0.01. Don\'t worry...this is Not your commission! This is just part of the tracking to let you know one of your leads has submitted their info to us. If we purchase the property from the lead, your commission will be determined on a per property basis as properties will come with different purchase prices.
If one of your sub-affiliates gets a lead submission, you will show a sale for $0.00. This again will not be your sub-affiliate commission, it is our tracking system letting you know your sub affiliate just got a new lead and potential commission for you! That too will be determined on a property to property basis. |
